Stage 4 – 18:00 – Wednesdays – intermediate swimming lessons (complete stage 1 & 2 before enrolling)

These exclusive lessons take place every Wednesday from 18:00 – 18:30. These 30 minute slots take place in the Everlast pool, The Brewery, Cheltenham from 18:00 – 18:30.  Availability is limited to 4 places.

Competencies (we are learning to…)

1. 1. Perform a sequence of changing shapes (minimum of 3) whilst floating flat on the surface.
   2. Push away from wall to the pool floor..
   3. Swim 10 metres backstroke..
   4. Swim 10 metres front crawl with basic breathing to the side.
   5. Kick 10 butterfly on the front or on the back.
   6. Kick 10 metres breaststroke on the front. One item of equipment optional.
   7. reform on the back a head first sculling action for 5 metres in a flat position.
   8. Travel on the back and log roll in one continuous movement onto the front.
   9. Travel on the front and log roll in one continuous movement onto the back.
   10. Push and glide and swim 10 metres. Choice of stroke is optional.
